Reverse Logistics Model Of Decision-making Research

Research on supply chain management is a focus in operation management. Logistics management is an essential part of supply chain management. Reverse logistics, as one extent of the logistics service, is becoming an important element of supply chain management and at the same time, it is a demanding task. However, in china, reverse logistics of enterprise is quite underdeveloped. From the enterprise's angle, a good reverse logistics can not only help to accumulate ample information for making decision, but also critical marketing strategy to meet customers' need and to cultivate their loyalty. From the macrocosmic view, good reverse logistics can effectively make use of resource and energy, and take healthy balance between economy and environment. So management and strategic decision of the reverse logistics is of far-reach significance to our enterprises.This paper is based on theory about enterprise's reverse logistics accepted by Chinese and foreign scholars. Probing into the modem logistics mode in the developed countries and practices of enterprises in China, this paper tries to give the detailed analyse on the decision-making method of reverse logistics modes for the enterprise. The methods of modem logistics theory are employed here, and so do operational research and economic theory.In this paper, development backgrounds of reverse logistics are firstly introduced, And it analyzes the characteristics of reverse logistics and the influential factors which affect enterprise to successful implementation. Further more, the following part analyzes and compares different advantage of self-employed , outsourcing and logistics alliance ,and present decision-making methods of reverse logistics mode. All in all, this paper mainly focuses on the discussion of the decision-making methods and quantitative analysis of reverse logistics mode by employing AHP method, Analytic Hierarchy Process is a way in which to turn quality and synthetic determination into a clear quantity determination .By AHP method, we get an easier and more practicable analytic process than module of pure mathematics.Deng yun-xia (industrial economics) Directed by Wang xiao-hui...
