The Study On The Countermeasure For The Challenge And Competition That Our Commercial Banks Meet With

This text includes three chapters,which made a study of presently existing problems in our commercial banks and competition countermeasures adopted by China after WTO.The first chapter mainly states our commercial banks 'statrs quo and difficulties and analyses their property and functions and cardinal rules for management of them as well as the plight they face for the moment with four aspects for researching the condition of idle assets, rqtio of abundant capital, profit earning capacity and assets liquidityThe secnd chapter analyses challenge and trend of development our commercial banks face at present through impact of capital market developent and challenge and opportunity after the entry of WTO. At the same time,it summarizes the development trend of our commercial banks in resent years.The third chapter mainly approaches competitive countermeasures through four aspects such as marketing,managerial innovation,increase of efficiency and risk elusion.
