Study On The Countermeasure Of Seniors Spirtual Comfort

With the improvement of living standard of Chinese people,many old people are facing more ethical problems nowadays.Older persons,as a special group,have experienced physical and psychological changes that make them vulnerable and helpless as they age.So how to let the elderly get spiritual comfort has become the focus of the whole society.In the past academic research,most scholars have studied the spiritual comfort of the elderly in a large area,and this paper has analyzed the spiritual comfort of the elderly in a limited area,from a new point of view and discussion of the problems and characteristics of the spiritual comfort of the elderly,and the relevant data analysis and reference to the good experience at home and abroad,the analysis and conclusion of the corresponding feasible countermeasures.Based on the change of age distribution and family structure in China,this study hopes to make a thorough study of the spiritual comfort of the elderly,so as to improve the quality of spiritual comfort of the elderly.In this study,using the method of literature induction and questionnaire,it was found that there are some problems in the spiritual comfort of the elderly in the District of Peace of Shenyang.Secondly,the quality of children visiting their parents is poor;Third,lack of communication groups;Fourth,the awareness of protecting the rights and interests of the elderly is not strong.According to the above several questions,the author analyzes is caused by three aspects: First,the elderly spiritual comfort is not valued by children.Second,the spiritual comfort of older persons lacks effective community support.Third,the spiritual comfort of the elderly is not guaranteed by law.This paper analyzes the reasons that affect the spiritual comfort of the elderly by reference to the relevant experiences of the elderly at home and abroad,and summarizes and analyses the solutions to the spiritual comfort of the elderly.First,encourage the elderly to improve their own spiritual comfort awareness and ability;Secondly,strengthen the children's family care;Third,play the role of community bond;Finally,legal and moral discipline should be strengthened.From the above four aspects to improve the elderly spiritual comfort.
