The Research Of Mothods To Promote The Level Of Industry-Study-Research Cooperation Socially Organized In Zhejiang Province

Industry-study-research cooperation has existed more than 10 years in China and is a motivation to Chinese economy developing rapidly in the recent years. It functions greatly in the course of Chinese economy transforming and does perfectly particularly in Zhejiang province. But we discover that there is something wrong in the cooperation of Industry-study-research in the visit to more than 80 companies scattering in 11 cities of Zhejiang province. The effect of cooperation is not so good as we expect. There is a long distance between the foreign countries' facts and the Zhejiang's. We have no reason to be optimistic.The investigation indicates: the main problem of industry-study-research cooperation occurs when the participants from every part of cooperation have different destination or the information can't be exchange freely. The research launched in past time mainly threw it's focus on how to deal with the difficulty. But the reality proves that the method don't function as we hope any more. So we collect the experience the companies carried out in life and summarize it. I consider that the theory of property rights will make a better explanation to industry-study-research cooperation. The transferal of the property rights formed in industry-study-research cooperation will be useful to deal with the problem. Based on this, I present a project that we can build a system which will organize social industry-study-research cooperation in order to promote the function of every part in system, identify every element's function and the relationship among them. As a result, we accelerate the property rights' transferring and promote the efficiency.At last, we project some advice which can be operation easily.
