In the latter half of the 20th century, the fast development of the tourist industry promoted the exploitation of tourist resources extensively all over the world, and also led to the fiercer and fiercer competition of tourist industry. In order to avoid the unnecessary losses caused by the malignant competition, to develop the industry cooperatively is popular at present. The integration of the regional tourism development becomes a trend of tourism industry throughout the world, and it also becomes an important way of raising the tourism competitiveness, improving the image of regional tourism, realizing lasting, healthy and fast-developing tourism industry. The integration of the regional tourism development is paid great attention by the regional governments, enterprises and scholars.
