| â–¡â–¡With the development of auto industry in new China, a new course - road transport management has appeared and it is becoming more and more important in the state construction. It has become an important part of our state's communications and transportation and a trade to the nation's economy and the people's livelihood. After China started to put into effect the policies of reform and opening to the outside world, a new pattern of road transport of multiform, multilevel and multi channel have emerged. The road transport monopolized by the government has entered the market and the multi pattern competition and it will face the international market competition after China's entry into the WTO. What will happen to the present situation of our road transport and its developing tendency during the multi pattern competition? How to manage it scientifically? In this paper, the author analyzes objectively the road transport's present situation, development tendency, chance and challenge it will face, probes into its management and countermeasure.The paper contains three parts.I.
