Zhengda Limited Company of Shaanxi is a large-scale modernized farming-animal enterprise, which is cooperated by Zhengda Group and Animal Business Company of Shaanxi. The company, which was established in May of 1993, is a feed sector and mainly operates the production and sale of feed. With the steady development of the company, there are many problems in strategy management of the company.
