The Research On Core Capability-based Growth Of The Enterprises

As to how to gain the sustaining and healthy growth of the enterprises, there are mainly two methods at home and abroad: one is the enterprise resource; and the other is enterprise's capability at present. Enterprise resources form the foundation that enterprises compete for the advantage continuously, the capability source is enclosed on enterprise resources, and so capability has already become the essential condition of enterprise's growth gradually. The essence of enterprise's growth is the course of utilizing and fostering the core capability fast, effectively. At present the method explaining the gaining of competitive advantages and the sustaining development of enterprise with the core capability theory is gradually clear, and some uniform cognition is achieved, but the theory has not taken shape yet, the further research and development is needed.The reseach on core capability-based growth of the enterprises is on the basis of synthesizing forefathers' research results, the article propose that the core capability have hard core capability (technology for main fact) and soft core capability (manage for main fact); and point out that the type of the core capability change accompany with enterprise's growth; on this basis, and determine that the essence of enterprise's growth is forming the core capability (growth of specialization), expanding(growth of related diversity),and reforming(growth of non-related diversity). Because enterprise's growth on the basis of the capability is the combination course of growth of the quantity and the quality, and design the result index and course index system theory framework to appraise its growth; and discerning, cultivating the core capability and judging soft and hard core capability is the key point of the study, and the judgment table of soft and hard core capability has been proposed boldly. Because the core capability is the source that enterprises obtain competence advantage continuously, so the core capability is needed to keep and accumulated, and regard the core capability as the main thread that enterprises grow up, and growth strategy of enterprises when being made will regard enterprise's core capability as guide, and analyze the choice of the strategy of growth of specialization and diversitybased on core capability, and propose the growth strategic choice model based on enterprise's core capability. Enterprises choose strategy of growth, according to the transition from hard core capability to soft core capability, and may choose specialization growth -related diversity growth- non- related diversity growth in proper order. Finally, in order to utilize and foster core capability effectively, and succeed in carrying on the strategy of growth of enterprises and make the transition, and guarantee that enterprises grow up healthily, orderly and continuously, and the article has put forward suggestion and countermeasure of enterprises growth on the basis of core capability.
