How to increase the transform rate of technology has always been one of the mainproblems that need to be solved urgently. The key reason lies in the disjointednessbetween technology and market demands. To solve this problem need to hold marketingconcept in developing and transforming activities.The research on how to increase transform rate now focuses on management systemreform, private technology companies' development, investment system reform, etc.Little study is carried on how to combine marketing concept and technologydevelopment from the angle of technology institutes.From this starting point, according to the procedures of technology development, thethesis systematically and innovatively discusses the application of marketing concept inthe process of commercialization of technology.At the beginning of the thesis, the process of commercialization is confined. Thenaccording to the characteristics of technology market demands, some marketingprincipals that have to be followed in the whole process of commercialization are putforward. In the course of shaping, the evaluation and selection should be carriedaccording to the combination of technology and market needs. Reasonable marketingtactics need to be implemented during technology transfer. And in the applicationcourse, the time and range of application should be determined based on the technologylife-cycle and strategies.Nowadays, technology is changing faster and faster, which puts more emphasis on theapplication of marketing concept on technology development.
