Study On The Action Mechanism Of IT For Enterprise And Design Of Benefit Evaluating Target System

With the rapid development of information technology(IT), the global informatization is continuously growing. The application in enterprise of modern information technology largely improves the operation and management pattern of enterprise, offers a new space for achieving information to enterprise, and results in enormous economic benefit. Then, to IT application in enterprise, why does it bring such benefit and how to realize such benefit? For answering these issues, it needs to research the action mechanism of IT for enterprise. However, many previous studies on the relationship between IT and enterprise benefit, which is called the "black-box" in the field of enterprise informatization, set up the base on the transcendent hypothesis and instinctive estimation. This dissertation's goal is, through analysis on the internal structure and operating process within the "black-box", to set up a theory of the action mechanism of IT for enterprise and try to build the benefit evaluating target system of IT application in enterprise, according to the principles of economics and management. Based on the above research goal, this dissertation firstly analyzes the drive power which enterprise applies IT, creates the model of drive power mechanism, and points out that the market competition is the original drive, information demands of enterprise form the internal drive and industrialization of IT is the external drive. Secondly, this dissertation improves the Nolan model, and according to Nagy Hanna's IT diffusion model as well as the five levels analysis of IT application in enterprise, puts forwards two stages' movement course of IT in enterprise, that is, tactical action stage and strategical action stage. Thirdly, on the base of the above research results, this dissertation analyzes the action mechanism of IT for enterprise, and sets up the theory of two stages' action mechanism of IT for enterprise. The effects of economy of scope and economy of scale of IT make up of the tactical level's action mechanism, organization transform and management transform in enterprise brought by IT make up of the strategical level's action mechanism. The two stages' action mechanism is consistent with the two stages' movement course, that is, two stages' action take place in two stages' movement course respectively. According to the theory of two stages' action mechanism of IT for enterprise, the author considers that IT application in enterprise has become the basic drive power of enterprise progress from a simplex productivity implement, IT is diffused and infiltrated in every field of enterprise from the part to the whole and from tactical level to strategical level, it brings transform in organization and management of enterprise, at the same time it also supports these transform as carrier, thereby it boosts the competitiveness of enterprise and forms competitive advantage to rivals. At last, this dissertationdesigns benefit evaluating target system of IT application in enterprise. Through dividing the benefit of IT application in enterprise into economic benefit and society benefit, this dissertation builds benefit evaluating target system, and introduces the quantitative target calculational methods for tangible economic benefit.
