Business strategic alliance, as a " win-win" competition mode, is favored by strategists increasingly. But the control over strategic alliances partially go beyond the scope of company, so this kind of organization form is difficult to manage absolutely. The central content is about how to manage cooperative relationship in alliances successfully, starting from the key factor related to cooperative relationship, the thesis discusses five key problems. First of all, discusses the relationship between competition and cooperation in competitive alliances, and three mechanisms to deal with it. Second, discusses the building of relational capital, in order to balance between the learning and protection of proprietary assets in strategic alliances, and managing conflict successfully and sticking to the partner matching principal help to build it. Three, discusses the concepts of partner cooperation and confidence in partner cooperation, and examines the complex relationship among trust, control and confidence level, and presents several ways of trust building and various control mechanisms for developing confidence. Four, studies how to blend culture and transcultural communication in terms of cultural conflict. Then, analyze the reconstruction of alliances with a case, it can help alliance go over crisis. Then evaluate the cooperative relationship. Finally gives some suggestion to Chinese firms who are ready to actualize the alliance strategy.
