| This thesis is research about the reform of property right and managementpattem. of water suPPly corporation in China. It colltains five parts.Firstly, the thesis presellted the histOry and statlls of water supply corporationin China since l949. lt has greatly developed during the past 50 years. It can bedivided into two stages: planned economy times and transform economy times. Alot of water supply corporations encountered the crisis of system and managementpattem seriouslySecondly, the only Way of the development of water supply corporations isreform, and refOrm needs correct theory. Waer suPply corpofations should establishmodern corporation system. The core of reform is to change the property systemand to modulate the management pattern.The third part of the thesis discussed the attemPt of refOrm and the analysis ofexperience of Chinese waer suPply corporations and sununarized the exPerience offoreign water suPPly corporations. Based on the thing abollt the eXPerience of watCrsuPply corporations, the thesis put forwar the direction of the development.Fowthly, the thesis stlldied the attempt and exPerience of reform about Yiwu WaerSupply Corporation Limited in the way of demonstration. It proved that reformcannot be comPleted immediately, and we should keep with active enterprisingspirit. lt indicated that water supply corporations should grasP the key factor and keePmind on relative factors.At last, the thesis discussed the operation of econotny and soul-searching ofphilosophy, studied the reforming future of Yiwu Waer SuPPly CorporationLimited and summarized the experience of water supply corporations.
