Water Supply Management Information System Master Plan Study

The development of Management Information System is a systematic project. For different companies and different management aspects, there are various management problems. This article briefly formulates the development method of information system and focuses on the introduction of BSP(Business System Plan). By directed against the management features of the Water Supply Corporation, this article systematically the target, boundary and requirement of Management Information System of the Water Supply Corporation, performs Process-Data identification, defines the data. When building the logical system, the method of slight adjustment of U/C matrix is applied to set the fond of system basic structure and to raise main processing function. In addition, this article also probe into the BPR(Business Process Reengineering) in the construction of information system and taking the example of water produce and sale system to indicate the process and significance of BPR in the construction of MIS.
