Positive Study On The Protection Of Cultivated Land Of Suffered Area

A large population but a scarce land in China , the general level of the quality of Cultivated land being poor, lacking of reserve land resources and so on, are basic Land condition of our country .In view of these condition, Suffered area was selected as the main study object and protection of Cultivated land was taben as the main contents systematic and deep theoretical analyses were made on the theoretical basis and moving mechanism of land economics .In addition ,the present land policies were approached preliminarily. Thus, on one hand, we can push theoretical research on this field forward; on the other hand ,we can afford certain factual materials and policy decisions referrence.The contents of this thesis can be summarized as follows:Part I: The research background was proposed. By the analyses of the connotation of Suffered area, the status quo of cultivated land in Suffered area , and the contrast of condition home and abroad .The practical significance of protecting the cultivated land of Suffered area was pointed out.Part II: The condition and reason of the loss of Cultivated land in Suffered area were concretely expounded by the analysis of certain mathrials.Part III: The difficult point of protecting the Cultivated land of Suffered area and some important problems demanding prompt solution were concretely stated.Part IV: According to some given mathematic models, the protection of the Cultivated land of Suffered area was analyzed from point of view of resource economics, in order to give reasonable suggestions and ways.Part V: By the aforementioned analyses and researches, the ways of protecting the Cultivated land of Suffered area were proposed and the scientific and reasonable moving mechanism of Cultivated land of Suffered area was set up.
