With entry of WTO and the quick development of scientific,the property management corporations in our country are particularly facing more fierce competition .How to establish the brand is the effective and imparative way to increase the competitive ability and it can obtain nicer achievement,that also is the inevitable direction for the development of the property management ?The thesis pointed out the three significant deficiencies in the property management based on the analysed situation,that is short of excellent service quality,lack of corporate-culture and in great demand of the strategy of human resource. After doing a comprehensive reading of the relative information and documentation,the thesis gave a definition of the brand of property management from theoretical direction and acquired precious revelation for the study. Then the thesis discussed how to establish the quality of service,corporate-culture and carry out the strategy of human-resource,and some suggestions are given. At last,combined with the brand-buliding of Wan-da Property Management Company,the thesis verified the three subjects of the thesis and gave some prospects of the development trend of property management in China.
