Corporate culture management is a supreme realm of business administration. There cannot win without corporate cultural management even if the most outstanding enterprise in the world. In the time of the world's economic integration and global fierce competition, it is the dream that an entrepreneur establishes green for a long time enterprises to set up the corporate culture taking performance as direction. it is a problem which feel puzzled of enterprises how to set up the corporate culture taking performance as direction. This paper is devoted to probing into setting up the corporate culture taking performance as direction through practice of human resources management.A Company is regarded as fast-developing knowledge type enterprises. During the process of achieving enterprise's strategic objective, more questions have appeared, as follows mainly: staff's behavior deviate from company demand, staff mental attitude can not correspond to company's development, company salary is equalitarianism, formalization that salary examine, etc.. These question influence steady development of enterprise. Reform has already been a inevitable trend.This article begins with the importance and concept of the corporate culture to describe the content and meaning of taking performance as corporate culture of the direction. Then the necessity have been put forward and strengthened by taking performance as enterprise cultural of the direction under the present environment. Then on the basis of the thing that A's diagnoses, this paper propose that is feasible way to pass the construction of the management system of human resources, especially the salary taking performance as direction and the performance management system taking strategy as direction. How to carry on the construction of the salary system taking performance as direction and performance management system taking strategy as the direction is a focal point of this paper. Constructing the salary system taking performance as direction is set about from the value chain of enterprises, emphasize responsibility, interests, the consistency between paid and reciprocated. The performance management system taking strategy as direction begins from enterprise's strategic objective to the department and post. Through analyzing the strategic objectives, which guarantee the realization of company's performance goal. At the same time, according to the theory of building the corporate culture taking performance as the direction through human resources management, combining the current situation of A, this paper has put forward the concrete measure in construction salary system taking performance as direction and performance management system taking strategic objective as direction.
