Since the theory and technology of HRM was introduced into our country, the studies from the fields of theory and practices in corporations have been active in the last decade. But any theory and technology of management has a harmony with the circumstance of the nation and respective corporation. This dissertation starting with the analysis of the factors related to HRM , such as corporate strategy, corporate culture , the structure and function of corporation, the leader of organization, the character of HR, in general, gives some proposals on the HRM in textile corporation according to the personality of textile industry.Firstly the dissertation gives the development phases and foundations of HRM when reminding its history and background and then describes the development of HRM in our country. In addition , the development tendency is also presented . In conclusion it is urgent for us to apply HRM , but simultaneously new practices and systems typically accompany the circumstance of respective corporation.Secondly though comparing HRM with PM , we learn the meanings and concepts of HRM deeply. Then we know the change from PM to HRM is the change of our concepts of management wholly. The breakthrough of minds is profound for the management of corporation.Thirdly this dissertation emphasizes respectively the strategy of corporation, the culture of corporation, the structure and function of corporation, the leader of organization, the character of HR, and all of them are the factors of HRM. Furthermore it also analyzes the relationship between these five factors and HRM, which makes the foundation for the analysis HRM in textile corporation combining with its specific situations in the next part.In the fourth part of theory we give some proposals. Concerning to organizational aspect, there are throe proposals. First, notice the corporation' s development phase when considering policies and measures ofHRM in textile corporation. Second, base on the development, phase of corporation when creating and perfecting HRM system, especially the intercourse and communication system in textile corporation. Third, pay attention to the change of the organizational structure when creating and perfecting HRM system. According to the corporate culture aspect, there are two suggestions for the textile corporations. First, the change of the corporate culture should accompany the flexibility, stability and continuity of new HR practices and system. Second, see to the effects on HRM from female culture. As to the corporate strategy aspect, two proposals are given. First, well establish the plan of HRM fitting well with the corporate strategy. Second, create and perfect the performance management system based on the organizational strategy according to the targets of the core competition gained from the confirmation of corporation' s situation in the textile industry chain and the analysis of its respective circumstance. In the leader aspect, there are two proposals on HRM in textile corporation. First, change the mode of leadership, strive to figure charming image of the leader, and create the managerial mode of textile corporation. Second improve the leader' s theoretical quantity, grasp the law of the development and management, figure wise image of the leader, and inject the energy into HRM system. As to the character of HR, there are two proposals given. First, work out the measures of managing careers by the structure character of HR in corporation. Second, pay attention to the characters of organizations and individuals, take individuation measures in managerial practices in order to complete the targets of HRM.Then how to acquire or apply HRM in textile corporation? And what are the core contents in HRM? As the followed diagram shows, it is the model of HRM I have designed for textile corporation according to the current status of textile industry.
