All companies have its own culture, some companies' culture looks much stronger thanthe other companies, these cultures a have tremendous impact on the employees andbusiness operations.The competition of the companies are the competition of human resource factors,therefore, the HR has become the most valuable asset in the present society. There aredifferent standards in terms of hiring, using, training, motivating employees in variouscompanies, and company culture has a gradual effect in company HR distribution andmanagement.Simcere Pharmaceutical is a emerging privately owned pharmaceutical enterprise, theauthor is trying to do some analysis on the relations between the company culture factorand HR factor through SIMCERE case study, try to explore more on the gains and lossesin the Simcere cultural building process. Secondly, the author will also try to initiate thesolutions of how to reform the company culture based on the realities of the company,Finally, the author will try to solve the long existing difficult problems in the managementof HR.
