The Solutions To Modern Logistics With Electronic Commerce In China

As the fast development of information technology and the acceleration of global economic integration,logistics - the new industry of national economy are developing quickly in all over the world. In the international,the logistics industry is considered as the artery and basis of the national economic development,the degree of which is one of the important sign of the modernization and total national competitive capacity,and it is also regarded as the accelerator of economic development. Therefore,to study of logistics,especially to make a systematic study of the modern logistics under the electronic commerce's environment is having a very deep meaning in developing our national modern logistics,lowering the circulation cost,amplifying the enterprise's competition capacity and improving the operation quality and efficiency of economy.This thesis starts to define the relationship between electronic commerce and logistics,and then focuses on the states of development of logistics industry in china to study the solutions to logistics development pattern by theoretical discussion and by cases study. The thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter 1 summarizes the relationship between the electronic commerce and logistics from the development,conception,function,classification and specification. Chapter 2 studies the patterns of electronic commerce and modern logistics and their differences from the resources management with supporting of information technology,through analyzing the successful operation of Dell Computer in Xiamen expounds the two main patterns of modern logistics arrangement under electronic commerce environment,These are Enterprise Resource Planning andSupply Chain Management,Chapter 3 discusses our country's development process of electronic commerce and logistics industry,analyzes the development situation of our country's electronic commerce and logistics industry and its existed major problems for the time being,and then expounds basic principle of reorganizing our country's logistics industry and solutions to our country's modern logistics industry. Chapter 4 studies the development direction of our country's logistics industry through analyzing typical cases about two successful enterprises in order to expound references for our country's special logistics enterprise and the nucleus of supply chain when they will select their patterns about logistics management in the future.
