Nowadays it is the 21th century, China has entered into WTO and became the biggest manufacturing center in the world, and so the worldwide challenge has emerged. The inside companies will face competition form all over the world whatever they will stretch their hands outside or just stay inside. When the barrier of technology and trade become more decreasing and disappearing, the companies that can offer the same kind of service and product are coming up. The cruel competition compels the companies to put most of their energy on the end of distribution chain of company-valuable customers who have become the most important resource. Manifestly, the more early companies will pay more attention to the customers and enclose their strategies and services on customers, the more successfully they will get.Now more and more enterprises realized that they must change their minds of management so that they could establish a system that will suit this competition, and CRM, a more efficient system of information management, will be more adaptable. So establishing a system of management focusing on customers has critical relation with company's surviving and strategies of development.Now in China the situation of fulfillment CRM is not good because the debt of companies is very large and the implement of CRM is very difficult. So how to carry on CRM successfully is the problem that we must solve.Basing on the intention above, the article affirms that CRM is necessary and feasible at first, and makes sure the basic conditions of fulfilling CRM of our country's companies secondly, and constitutes the corresponding steps of fulfillment by analyzing the two basic function of CRM thirdly, and sets up concrete guideline system of evaluating enterprise so that the CRM could be fulfilled successfully at last...
