The application of data mining in CRM (Customer relationship management) was a focus in recent years.CRM is a repeated cyclical process which transforms customer's information into positive customer's relation.Data mining is a powerful tool exploring useful knowledge from a large amount of data.Data mining's valid application in CRM can excavate valuable knowledge and rule for enterprise's business decision among a large amount of data related to customers.This thesis starts with basic theories of the application of data mining in CRM. It discusses the constitution of the foundation on application of data mining in CRM of Xu Gong Group Marketing Company. On this basis,this thesis detailedly analyses the application and implementation of data mining in different aspects of Xu Gong Group Marketing Company's CRM. |
