This article analyzes the current situation of Supply Chain Management and provides optimization suggestion on the background of the business operation management of Guangzhou Constel Technologies Co., LTD. This article consists of two parts, the Case and the Case Study.In the first part, I describe the original background and the operation management model of the company, and introduce the present state of Supply Chain Management including purchasing management, engineering management, warehouse management and shipping management in detail.In the second part , I analyze profoundly the weakness of the current Supply Chain Management on the basis of Supply Chain Management Theory. These questions include not finding appropriate supply chain partner and lacking strategic partnerships between partners. Management myopia seriously causes supply chain cost to rise. At the same time, the enforcement of inventory management technology is not enough to increase enormous inventory cost. Under the condition, profit is low. In order to improve comprehensive competitiveness, I suggest that this company should strengthen Supply Chain Management. The company should apply scientific standard to select partners objectively. At the other hand, the company should exercise Just-in-time , Outsourcing , Economic Order Quantity Model and Vendor Management Inventory to improve the current purchasing management and warehouse management, which is helpful to reduce operational cost. Lastly, I point out that the company should reengineer business process in order to cooperate with the enforcement of above-mentioned measures.
