The Puzzledom Of Enterprises In The Slow Increasing Stage

From the demonstration point of view, after analyzing the problems of consumer electronic industry in the slow increasing stage, this paper points out that there are many restricting factors for development of consumer electronic industry. Of them, the main factors are the lag of the system reform, the same industry structure everywhere, no formed core technology and short of being supported by advanced correlation industries. On this base, integrating formula research, bringing forward and building complete diamond system is the direction of industry development. Improving the quality of enterprise strategic management and applying international OEM model is the necessary way to compete in the world and face the future problems. This paper consists of four parts. The first part is studying background, second is demonstration study, third is theory analysis, and last one is the thinking, to the enterprise development in the future.
