China Pacific Insurance Company (CPIC) is a new developing insurance company in china. After China entry to WTO, CPIC not only confronts with the mutual competition of Chinese companies but also the challenge of foreign insurance companies. It is very important to CPIC that the analyses of company strategy. The external circumstance of CPIC consists of many factors. The result of analyses can make us be aware of the changes, trends, opportunity and threatens of circumstance. We can foresee that the insurance markets in developing countries will boom step by step. This thesis firstly uses mathematics model to forecast the trend of china insurance market in the long-run for arguing the sustainable development of china insurance market. These analyses are very significant to CPIC that forecast the development of china insurance market, the evaluation of market potential and the share of market. Secondly, this thesis uses mathematics model to analyze the relativity of factors that affect china insurance market. These factors are including population, society culture, laws, technologies and economy development. Meanwhile, population, society culture, and economy development are the most important. Thirdly, this thesis analyzes the structure of china insurance market. And we can get some summing-up. According to the hereinbefore conclusions, this thesis utilize the five forces competition model to analyze the mutual interactions of providers, buyers, existing competitors in the industry, substitutes and potential incomers. And we will make sure that the location of company in the whole industry and adopted development strategy. CPIC should adopt some special resources and enhance the ability of utilizing resources to get the core competition of company. Using SWOT model, we will analyze profoundly the core competition of CPIC and the strategy of operation layer, the strategy of company, the internationalization strategy, merging and recombining, cooperation strategy. Lastly, we give some suggestions of the innovation of company organization structure and products, the means of promotion, organization culture and employee training.
