Studies On Industrialization Of Potato In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Inner Mongolia is one of potato bases in china. The potato industry acts an important role in agriculture produce of Inner Mongolia .How to promote the further development of the potato industry, achieve better economic results is one of important researches in relation to the advancement of agriculture economy .In this paper attempt has been made to analyse the situation of potato production processing and sale in Inner Mongolia from the view of scientific and technological industrialization. It points out the existing problems, for example, a small梥cale production , poor average outputs, inadequate potato varieties, low條evel potato processing, high storage losses, etc. According to these analysises the industrialization梠f梡otato models are set up. Meanwhile this paper puts forward the solution methods aiming at some problems emerging in the course of the industrialization of potato . At last the author raises three ways to develop the potato industry in Inner Mongolia.
