Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Of Model Workers And Management Status, Problems And Countermeasures

Model workers are not only pioneer who improve the economic life of humanity and promate the development of social history ,but also representatives of advanced productive forces.In the foundations and developments of the socialistic material civilization political civilization and moral civilization,they act as the leading figures and bridges.The great problems confronting us are how to give full play to model workers' skills and set good examples to more people so that everyone can work hard with the pioneering and enterprising spirits for the accomplishment of the well-to-do society and the foundation of the harmonious society.In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the work about the management of model workers made a considerable head way,and the result drew many attentions.However,with the reform and door-opening policy putting into practice and the development of market economy,relationship of labors becomes complicated and people's thoughts are changing .It is found that there are many problems in practice and theory,which need to explore and study.This article proceeds from the actual situation in InnerMongolia,making a research to the special group-model worker fromthe point of the field in management .It point out some problems occurring in the work of the management of model workers through the analysis of the current situation about the management of model workers in Inner Mongolia.And it puts forward some suggestious and countermeasures about management of model workers based on some subjects about behavior organization resource management of labour power and economic management.
