Enterprise systems refer to the organizational form of company property . The development and change of enterprise systems is closely related to the development of productivity and market economy. It is enterprise organizational form and capital organization form that masses are willing to accept and can organize the economic activity neatly nowadays. But after all, it is an irregular enterprise system having a lot of surmountable inherent limitation itself. Along with the development of market economy and reform, it is gradually turning to regular company system.Modern enterprise system is an advanced system. The modern enterprise system that our country will establish is a kind of new system charactered by "property rights are distinct, rights and duties are clear, government and enterprise are separate, management is scientific." It is the goal of state-owned enterprise reform. Company system is the most characteristic and the completest organizational form of modern enterprise system. Aiming at the historical abuses of state-owned enterprise reform and existent problems, we should reconstruct state-owned large-and-middle enterprises into regular company system .The thesis begins with the enterprise system, especially theproperty rights system.
