Study On Venture Capital's Operating Mode In Our Country

When the knowledge-based economy age is coming, all governments recognize the important effect of high technique to economy development. Then as an innovative investment system offering both capital and management to high technique industry, venture capital also acquires booming development. Venture capital is a kind of investment activity that invests in the project with high technique, high risk and high return. The former research on venture capital in our country was focused on the policy arrangement and practice. The systemic study on venture capital's operating mode is a little weak. On the foundation of introducing the venture capital's developing background and theory foundations, the paper focuses on the basic operating mode of venture capital. It analyzes and puts forward suggestions in following aspect: money raising; performance evaluating and the way keeping risk away; capital exiting.
