The concept of Sustaiable development is first put forward in 1980s, and come into being the systemic notion in the late of that period. Today, it has been the common knowledge of the only method to solve the problem of environment and development. Controlling pollution and the use of the resource is the important content to make up this strategy. Enterprise is the biggest main body in using the resource and polluting the environment, so when we discuss the Sustaiable development, not only we have to discuss it at the macroscopical level, but also have to discuss is from the point of the enterprise which can be changed by Sustaiable development, and the strategic transform the enterprise have to make.This thesis widely absorbs much experience from the research, and use economical and administrational method, especially the theory of the enterprise development and strategic management. Its background is supporting the development, the enterprise is the main body of the Sustaiable development. Is discusses the transform problems when the enterprise facing the Sustaiable development. At first the thesis introduces the background and process of the Sustaiable development whdn putting forward, and the applications in and out of the country. Then it analyse the political, economical, technologic, natural, sales environment of the modern enterprise, and the request of it. On the base of it, the thesis intensively discusses the all-round VIRESCENCE, including the exchange of compete mode, strategic idea, adjustment of developing manner, updating of the manage concept. At last, it analyse the experience of the typical enterprise-LuBua Group, which develops green chemicals and insists in Sustaiable development.
