| Based on the value chain model of Porter, this paper mainly discusses the defect of the value chain model, points out the value increment of intangible assets and measures these value increment on tangible assets. Next part according to the existing strategy documents, there has no special expressions of the allocation of the enterprise's residual resources. Through the analysis of the existing allocation methods of enterprise resource, on the base of the ideas-the importance of residual resource and enterprise boundary, this paper puts forward an idea named Enterprise Resource Strategy Planning(ERSP). The idea has three layers: layer 1, allocating the resources inner enterprise effectively by ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) or CSRP(Customer Synchronized Resource Planning); layer 2, emphasizeing the importance of residual resource's allocation; layer 3, the focus of enterprise should change from inner enterprise to both inner and outer enterprise. Through virtual enterprise and capital operation, expands the resource scope controlled by enterprise. The idea of ERSP can reflect the development and competition of the enterprise in the long run. |
