The Evaluation And Proposal Of Investment Climates In Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang Province lags behind other coastal provinces and cities in making use of Foreign Investment. What are the causes? Is there any problems about Investment Climates in Zhejiang? This specific question brings to the insight into Divestment Climates and FDI in Zhejiang Province.According to International Trade Theory, Economic Topology and International Investment Theories, this thesis firstly extracts hi Part I the theories with great impact on and contribution to Research on Investment Climatess, and makes a summarization on such basis. Furthermore, a comprehensive description of Concept, Classification and Evaluation Method of Investment Climatess is given, for aim at a complete understanding on Investment Climatess, and it also helps the relevant government department to take proper Evaluation Method.Part II gives a comparison and analysis on Investment Climates in Zhejiang, mainly in application of two evaluation methods. Firstly, an Evaluation Index System of Investment Climates is built up, in which a comparison and analysis on nine coastal provinces topping in making use of Foreign Investment, based on AHP Method and data Standardization Model. The Evaluation result is objective and consulting. Secondly, in application of Sampling Evaluation Method, to deal with some unquantifiable factors in Investment Climatess, a questionnaires is made in form of subjective topics, which effectively offsets the shortage of the Evaluation Index System , where some factors are not included due to difficulty in collection or quantification. The precious first-hand material in questionnaire will helps a lot in finding out the weakness of Investment Climates in Zhejiang.Based on the comparison and analysis, some proposals are offered in Part III, in aim at present situation and problems of Investment Climates in Zhejiang.
