Research On The Evaluation's Index System Of Investment Climates

In the process of investment, the motives of investor and host country are different. As to investor, what he needs is the profit. However, as far as the host country is concerned, what he expects is the capital. Then how to reconcile the difference? Investment climates can do it. Investment climates are the general calling to those factors, which affect and restrain investment and its result. It includes political, economic, social factors and etc. These factors affect and function each other. Investment climates have synthesize, dynamic, differences and principal characteristics. The concept of investment climates is appeared after the increasing of liquid of international capital. The theories of international trade and regional economics constitute its fundament.The goal we research investment climates is to give the investor the reliable information as well as to direct the host country how to improve its investment climates. To reach it, we have to evaluate the investment climates. After so many years' development, we have handled some valid ways to evaluate it. They have been applied and reached theirs objectives. But these ways have their defects, which could risk the investment.So after absorbing the reasonable side, according to the facts in China, I design a system of targets to evaluate the investment climates in China. The system includes twelve basic targets. There are politics, macro economy, legal, policy and so on. They also contain some secondary and third targets. These targets have theirs weights. After calculating, we could get a mark in the end .The mark reflect the condition of a regional investment climates. Higher the mark is, better the investment climates is. Through these targets, I try to evaluate the investment climates as objective as possible.3Finally, I analyze the current investment climates in our country. In general, the investment climates in our country are good. At the same time, there are some deficiencies, which obstruct investment. In order to attract more capital and fund to our country, it is urgent to establish a system to evaluate the investment climate so that we can ameliorate it.
