The issue of <6. 15 Common Declaration of South and North) once attracted the peninsula-wide attention as well as the world. It also promoted the historic process of reconciliation, cooperation and communication between South and North. However, as a result of the United States' obstruction and different ideologies between South and North, it didn' t come to a breakthrough progress. Then where does the crux lie? Starting with the fact that Korean Peninsula had been brought into the "joining forces" of Northeast Asia of international politics, this thesis systematically analyzes the basic content of and the new historic tasks facing Korean Peninsula after the issue of , including the means to solve the questions. At the same time, the thesis systematically expounds the joining forces of the international politics and the future of Korean Peninsula.
