Trial Remark On Political Civilization And Socialism Political Civilization Construction

As a category of historical materialism, political civilization is the outcome of practical activity in handling the relationship between human and society, taking part in political life, establishing political order and structure. Therefore, the history of political civilization is as long as that of material and spiritual civilization. Since class society, the history of human beings is that of material and spiritual civilization as well as political civilization.Theoretical research about political civilization is a new issue. It is necessary that political civilization is wholly researched under the theoretical research of politics, law, culture, sociology and others subjects, and practical need to social practical workers. In the light of historical materialism, this article, based on China's reality, reviews and assimilates the achievements already gained. According to this, we can carry on theoretical exploration of Chinese political civilization and its construction.The whole article includes five parts:1.Through defining the concept and characteristics of political civilization, finding the relationship between it and material and spiritual civilization, we can see that political civilization is anindividual civilization in class society.2.By the analysis of the change of socialism political civilization in system benefit, value pursuing, subject position, developing tendency and inner system, it is clear that socialism political civilization is a new stage in the developing history of human beings in political civilization.3.This part demonstrates that the Party's leadership, people democracy and ruling the country by law are the three supporting points and main frames of socialism political civilization with Chinese characteristics.4.Through explaining that political civilization is an important goal to socialism modernization drive and an major part for building a well-off society in an all-round way, the social function is discussed and the strategic position of socialism political civilization construction is pointed out.5.Socialism political civilization is a comprehensive social system construction and there are five major building ways.
