Their overseas invasion .starting with Tripol and Morocco , has at least numbered more than 140 . In order to find excuses for invasion , they fabricated the history with the least scruple. For instance , they fabricated the "Alama incident" to swallow up 52% of the territory of Mexico , such as Texas ,New Mexico ,Califonia , and so on ; theyfabricated the "Maine incident" to unleash the US----Spain war , and took Spain'scolony Cuba as their own ; they also fabricated the "Toking Bay incident" to invade the Union of Vietnam .After two world wars of 20 century , powerful US tries everything to expand its influences . US spread the diseases of so-called neo-fascism , state -terrorism and torture all over the world , and built the pro-US terror regime . But under the structure of the Cold War , the real facts of hateful US foreign policy ( invasion policy ) were concealed and beautified by the pro-US influential officials parasitic to US , and were rationalized under the good name of protecting "the free world" , without any spread all along.In the international society , there is a trend that countries all the world put their own interests on top priority after the Cold War . Therefore , unilateral hegemony policy of US was criticized by its allies , and its guiding power degraded evidently in contrast to that of the Cold War . As regards the condition above ,if US wants to maintain the position and influence of super power , and further to materialized the world-governing system of US centralized . US has to set actually new excuses of invasion policy .With the debut of Bush who are greatly backed by such crazy war-fighter as the complexity of military and productive industries , the requirements and intentions of US come into reality . After being elected as president , Bush amendsthe "Win-Win strategy" drawn up formerly by his father-----also a head invader ,into "Win-Hold . One-plus strategy", which intensifies and perfects the plan of aggressive war , and builds the strategy of anti-terror war , preparing for another aggressive war .That means the establishment of reactional violence system which goes against the current ."9.11"event provides us with a real excuse to materialize its invasion policy .But "9.11 "event is just a fabricated excuse for continuing its war career .In other words ,anti-terror war spearheaded by US is an excuse which is to legitimate its invasion policy .US invaded Afghanistan and Iraq under the name of anti-terror ,and acquired the oil resource which guides the supremacy of 21 century and even built its military bases in the mid-Asia for invasion policy .Interestingly , such terrorists or terror groups as Afghanistan Bin Laden , Taleban's Mujahidin , and Iraq's Hussein stipulated by US as Evil-axis to beuprooted are "sons" cultivated by US to pin down Soviet Union , or to keep Isram's powers in balance during the Cold War . US always draws up the items of cultivating terror in policy , for instance, overseas military training fees belong to the above in state budget. Not only Defense Ministry , but also State Department , Traffic Ministry , Judicial Ministry and even non-government military groups contracting with governments participate in the plan of cultivating terror .The invasion policy of US spurs the nerves of small and weak countries , the great power Russia of the Northeast Asia , and China .
