Research Of Anti-Terror Operational Command In Northwestern Cities

This thesis focuses on the anti-terror operations in the northwestern cities. With relative theories of operational command as the basis and anti-terror cases home and abroad as examples, it tries to systematically analyze the situation of the anti-terror operational command in the northwestern cities and to do some advance research. Fist, the thesis studies the definition and northwestern cities by analyzing its present situation. The anti-terror commanding group system contains three groups: the commanding group, the locale group and the combating group. In some cases, the commanding system should rely upon the army, the police, or the government to work together. Secondly, the thesis studies the automatization of anti-terror command, putting forward some basic elements and feasible plans about it. Thirdly, the thesis not only analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the basic ways of the anti-terror command, but also brings forward several new ways which can better meet the needs of anti-terror operations. At last, the thesis puts high weight on the intelligence work in the common time and the reconnaissance work in the wartime.
