Research On The Application Of "Victory Forecasting" Strategy In Anti-terror Operation

These years, terrorism become rampant increasely, and the damage it brings become more and more serious. All of the countries take various measures to fight with terrorism, and anti-terror operation is one of them. This thesis makes an analysis of "Victory Forecasting"strategy based on the cases of anti-terror operation. And it has discovered that this strategy is more or less put to use by other countries. Further research has proved that the connotation and basic principles of this strategy have not changed when the war conditions have changed.
