I establish systematically the marketing strategy for Mengding Mountain with the modern marketing logistics in my thesis. This paper corresponds in the facts of the enterprise and consists of seven chapters. The first puts forward the questions and point out currently situation of Mengding Mountain Tourism Market Development .1 analyze the reason which cause the current situation in the second chapter .1 analyze Mengding Mountain and the tourism market with some analysis methods in the third chapter, such as PECT analysis, PORTER analysis, SWOT analysis etc, and summaries the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities of Mengding Mountain Tourism Market Development faced. Point out it is necessary to apply modern Marketing method to direct the development of Mengding tourism if we want to survive and develop in sharp competition. The Fourth chapter include the market segmentation, the selection of target market, and make out the marketing strategy, the Marketing tactics about Mending Mountain. How to enter the Market and occupy the Market are designed in chapter five. In the sixth chapter, I made financial analysis and for mate the marketing indemnify system in chapter Seven.The innovation in my thesis consists in the marketing strategy. In other words, determine its position in market competition and establish strategy of market competition. With the development of tourism at present, competition became sharply and fiercely. Some of them unable to clearly locate its position and apply unsuitable competition strategy, they depend on advertising, small tricks etc.They are short of suitable arrangement, organized unsystematically, short of science indication. All of them never thought of Marketing Strategy. Although they put into a lot of recourses, but they are unable to win the market, gain the advantage of competition. In the point view of writer, under the indication of modern marketing theory, based on analysis of environment industry and SWOT, start marketing from the two sides of strategy and tactics.In the paper, I bone the line market analysis and consumer survey with the facts of enterprise rather than with the profound theories and the most advanced methods. Through the market segmentation, the target market selection and market location, I finally establish the marketing schema, which is available and operational.
