The marketing strategy theory has been the key component of company strategies, been applied in many industries, especially the multi-national companies use the advance marketing theory, take reasonable marketing step to capture good position. The multinational company is the most important player today. Chinese enterprise must to play with those multi-national companies, learn from them. So it is not only to understand them, but also to learn their marketing strategy for us to compete with them.MM Semi Material Division belongs to one famous multi-national company. Now it is facing internal pressure to reform, the chance and challenge brought by business environment change, so it should adjust its Chinese marketing strategy. So we analyze the business environment to understand what it will bring to MM, analyze the objective market and company resource to set up strategy.We stress two strategies to achieve our goal, key account management and Six Sigma as well as our expectation, work flow, and supporting resources.Value chain is the key tool, it is not only show us the issue, but also give us direction to set up new strategy. Meanwhile, customer and profit focused thinking runs through whole work.
