Performance Management is the core of Human Resource Management, In this paper, the author design a analysis model of performance management information system that would help the organization and the staff controlling the performance to achieve the personal and organizational target.There are five parts in the paper.In the first chapter, the author discourses the evolving of Performance Management, then analyzes the participator, the content, the process and the control way of the PM.The second chapter introduces how to design the system, before that recommending what's the UML and how to use it building analysis model.In the following two chapters, the author constructs the PMS' static structure and dynamic system behavior, which are described with use case model and object model, sequence diagram, collaboration diagram and activity diagram.Finally, the author summarizes how to get the management mode, especially the control mode, that is the PMS' base, moreover, advise on some question arising in implementing PMS.
