In spite of a little late beginning of Bane assurance business, its development is so rapid. With the fastest increasing and the largest occupying, Bane assurance has been a focus part in life insurance trade. Due to current condition, it is so significant to do some research to the development of Bane assurance business. Belonging to a combination system, which connected with macro and micro wrays, theory and practice, this document undertakes the deep research to further development of Bane assurance. On the basis of this research, the document draws other lessons from some knowledge and ways about philosophy, economics and finance, in different points of view, gives the guidance to Bane assurance. At first, describing the developing current condition and four styles of Bane assurance in the developed country. Then giving a effective comparison and scientific analysis, based on this, pointing out a style of cooperation, which is suitable to our national condition.Section 4: Positive research of Bane assurance. As an example, the author has practiced the positive research of Ban assurance development in Tai Ping LifeInsurance Co., Ltd. In this section, at first, giving a brief introduction of growing history and shareholders of Tai Ping Life, on the basis of a large number of data, showing the deep analysis of the background and beneficial factor of recovering the business of Tai Ping. Then, researching the features of existing Bane assurance products of this company, and listing four functions of these products, such as saving, investing, assurance and tax-free. At last, carefully dissecting some internal and external problems in the developing process of Tai Ping, based on this, showing eight ways to solve problems, and wishing to give some effective advice to business development and cooperation improvement of Bane assurance to other insurance company.
