A Research On The Impacts And The Countermeasures To Agriculture In Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Area After China's WTO's Entry

China must join in the big circle of freedom of trade deeply and comprehensively and all the activities related to trade must be controlled by WTO's rules after China's WTO's entry. First and foremost, agriculture is a important and sensitive department. Although the gross agricultural product in world economy will be less important in 21st century, agriculture still will be the important status in 21st century's world economic development. China confined to agricultural product import by quota and highly tariff in the past, so WTO's entry will impact on China's agriculture substantially because of the declined tariff and the increasing agricultural product import. Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Area is a important base for marketable grain production, grain yield reached to 9 million tons per year, commodity rate reached to 80%, and it plays a special role in China's agriculture. Thus, it has essential purpose to demonstrate the direction and countermeasures to Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Area by analysis its advantages and disadvantages after China's WTO's entry.This thesis focuses on the impact of the promise of China's WTO's entry on China's agriculture, on the Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Area after China's WTO's entry, and demonstrates what countermeasures Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Area should take, in order to find a development way with high speed and efficiency.
