The wholesome legal system is basic request for Rule of Law, and the legal adviser system is a very important part of the legal system. At present the legal adviser system is lack of recognition, in a way, which may block the development of our country. So we must a legal adviser system which base the situation of our country, as well as the request of law.My paper with a view to the legal adviser system in our country, consults some good ideas of developed countries, and puts forward my advice of the legal adviser system, and identifies the nature of the legal adviser which is legal profession. We expect that the legal adviser system of our country will meet international tradition.
