Alongside the development of our country's economy, private-owned enterprises are playing more important role in the national economy that cannot be replaced. Xingsheng Wood Industry Company, a private enterprise with several ten millions yuan fixed assets, started from a small enterprise with several workers. It has undergone pioneering work period, expanding period, difficult period and second time pioneering work period, so it represents a certain sections of the private-owned enterprises. In this essay, I managed to find out the problems with the general and specific characters in the respects of enterprise management, human resources and strategic adjustment during the developing course of the private-owned enterprises and the methods to solve the problems and promote the development of the private-owned enterprises, through analysis and study of the enterprise's history situation, development course, current state, structure adjustment and the organizational structure and management. And at the same time I also find out the management methods which suit for development through the analysis on family managing method and its important role during the pioneering work period and its inadaptability during the expandingperiod, which can be served as an reference for the privale-owned enterprises. The important aim of the essay is to clarity that to pay close attention to the development of the private enterprises is just as to pay close attention to the development of our country' s future microcosmic economy.The essay is consisted of two parts. The first part is the cases introduction.According to the time sequence I introduced the developing course of Xingsheng Wood Industry Company. I related objectively Xingsheng Wood Industry Company developing experience from a small factory to a large enterprise and the problems it is facing now in the operational activities and management method .The second part is the analysis of cases, I give a comprehensive analysis about the enterprise's organizational structure, human resource administration, management pattern and core competitive according to the actual situation of the enterprise with the knowledge I have learned so as to put forward the methods and the measures to solve the problems and delve into the subject that how the private-owned enterprises will improve their operation and management for the future development.
