As the elementary cell tissue, enterprises' organization is dynamic in the modern social economics system. The core and foundation of social organization is the Enterprises' organization. As an opening system, the enterprise organizations keep exchanging materials, energy and information with eco-environment continuously from the day when it was born, and have never changed ever since. In thousands of years, enterprises' organization has been circled around several different formation which are balance, development and revulsion and the several different formation always circulate to appear. Enterprises' organizations are decided by productivity level, but it also restricted and influenced by production relations. At present, our national social-economic fly to develop rapidly. The enterprises' state change quickly, there are multiple-level, multiple-state and multiple-kind productivity level, which coexist with the enterprises' organization. So knowing the law of the evolution of the state of enterprises' organization is highly important to grasp of the direction and the success or failure of the business enterprise reforms. Based on the several state of the enterprise, according to the model of the New Institutional Economics, this paper analyze the evolution law and power of the state of enterprise from three different quarters, which are presentation analysis, transaction costs analysis and social law analysis.
