Quality Management In Project Of Middle Or Small Scale Software Enterprise

Many software enterprises in our country are middle or small scale, and they have no effective project management criterion. These enterprises can't form development plan in good order, the quality of their software product must have many problems. At present, mostly software quality management method is qualitatively. How to respond quantificational as soon as possible when the demand of software changed, and there have few research of method in keep control with produce steady in process. The Quantitative Process Management defined in Capability Maturity Model for Software (CMM) requires enterprise to improve continuance to reach level 4. In this paper, the questions we want to lucubrate are: according to the standard of quality management, improve methods with software project process, how to establish quality quantitative process management method for middle or small scale software enterprise.In 1st chapter, introduce the necessity to use project management method with software and the ubiquitous quality problem in the process of software project management.In 2nd chapter, to establish quality quantitative management method, which is suitable for middle or small scale software enterprise, we show the basic ideology of software quality management, frame of reference in international standard -ISO9000 and Capability Maturity Model, basic method of software quality management.In 3rd chapter, aim at the characteristic of middle or small scale software enterprise and the ubiquitous problem whichaffects quality, we analyze the actuality of middle or small scale software enterprise and point the way of development for them.In 4th chapter, using the knowledge of software engineering and software quality management, the idea and method of TQC, project management theory, software test and measure and the management science and engineering in the research of the software project process, we bring forward a quality quantitative analysis method that is suitable for middle or small scale software enterprise depending on the above discuss of quality theory and the analysis about the actuality of them.In 5th chapter, we applied principle of quality quantitative analysis to implementary process of actual project. Via function point measurement method, we determined the scale of the project, established network baseline control system and map out quantitative quality plan. We use flow chart and cause-and-effect diagrams to quality assurance and control in actualize process of the project, emphasized the control of software quality cost and the continuity of project document.
