With the deepening market-oriented reform process of electricity power industry, opening market, improving the power quality of demand side and the benefits of power enterprises under the circumstance of supply exceeds demand become urgent problems need to be solved and took seriously. Carrying on the marketing theoretical research, putting forward the marketing project, evaluating the marketing effectiveness according to the characteristics of electricity commodity and subdividing electricity market are the emphases of the theoretical research and have very important practical significance.In this paper, new methods and models according to the evaluation of power marketing effectiveness were raised on the basis of electricity marketing theory, including evaluations of marketing combination, customer satisfaction and advertising effectiveness, etc. A quantitive method was adept to analyze the influencing factor of resident power supply market according to electricity market investigation in Shijiazhuang district and a corresponding marketing strategy was presented.
