Study On Selection Of Partners In The Network Alliance Enterprise

With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of the network technology, the great changes of production mode are taking place. Therefore, the traditional production mode is unable to adapt to the changeful market environment. To make full use of the chance brought by the network technology for the manufacturing industry in our country. On the basis of analysis of the status in quo research and existing problems of the network alliance enterprise (NAE), in view of the Chinese manufacturing practical requirement, the dissertation put the emphases research on partner selection of NAE. It offers theoretic guidance for enterprises implementing network alliance.Chapter 1 introduces the development and comment characteristics of advanced manufacturing production mode. Combined the status in quo research and existing problems of NAE, it brings out the research significance of the dissertation.Chapter 2 introduces the concept and function of NAE, and gives the system structure, the classification and the key technologies of NAE. Finally, and sets up the programming flow and the decision-making supporting system of NAE. the basic architecture of theory on NAE is elementary built.Chapter 3 analyses the chief factors affecting partner selection of NAE. According to the principles that confirm the evaluation system of partner selection, evaluation indexes system is systemically built. Analytic hierarchy process that is applied in partner selection of manufacture is introduced.Chapter 4 introduces fuzzy mathematics' principal concepts, then introduces fuzzy decision analytics theory in detail to solve partnerselection of NAE, and builds up the multiple objects fuzzy excellent selection model. At last, according to the fuzzy decision theory, we open up the partner selection system of NAE.Chapter 5 gives a example of partner selection of NAE, Comparing the result we get by fuzzy decision to it by analytic hierarchy process, that proves fuzzy decision to solve partner selection of NAE is effective.Chapter 6 summarizes the whole work of the dissertation. The future work is also pointed out.
