Study On The Logistics System Reengineering Of Coal Enterprise Based On The Theory Of ERP

As china has entered WTO and global marketing has been formed, various Chinese trades are being faced with the enormous challenge. As a part of Chinese trades, the coal enterprise is also being faced with the unprecedented competition and challenge. The whole logistics operation level of coal enterprise influences the level of product cost of coal enterprise when their products participate in the competition of the international market. The use and turnover of store funds in the coal enterprise are concerned with the use and turnover of current funds, which influences the economic performance and competition of coal enterprise. With the establishment and improvement of the modern coal enterprise system, traditional material supply module has fallen short of new system and has not met the requirement of development of coal enterprise, and needs complete implement of modern logistics.To the characteristic and current situation of logistics system of coal enterprise, with the help of management method and idea of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), this paper has improved on the logistics system of coal enterprise rationally and scientifically, rounding the key link of the logistics system of coal enterprise, such as purchasing, inventory, transportation and so on. At the same time, this paper establishes a set of rounded, scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system, and makes uses of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of index to all levels, and adopts Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment Method to evaluate the logistics system of coal enterprise. Consequently, the logistics system of coal enterprise is evaluated systematically and roundly.In the end, on the basis of theoretical study, this paper develops further the evaluation software of the logistics system of coal enterprise, and carries through example validation combining with specific logistics system evaluation of coal enterprise, which makes the theory studied have operability and practicability even more.
