The Study Of Strategy To Control Foreign Banks After Joining The WTO

The article is begun with the theory about Competition and Financial Deepening, and mainly emphasizes Fair Competition and Jural Control. The strength and level of foreign banks financial control is currently low. After joining the WTO , it will cost more difficulty to foreign banks control because of abolishing much restriction to foreign banks. So it is financial safety and capital movement control that should be established as the goal in the near future , and the center of financial control should be transmigrated form entry control to management control, from current account management to capital account management.It is based on the following logic to develop the viewpoints. At first, I make theoretical summarization of competition and financial deepening. In the second chapter, I analyze the competition of domestic banks and foreign banks. In the third chapter, I analyze what the WTO will impact the financial banks control .At last, I advance the aim, the principle and the strategy of foreign banks control.
